I am a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I am also affiliated with the Center for Demography and Ecology (CDE) and the Center for Demography of Health and Aging (CDHA) as an NIA T32 funded trainee and a Graduate Research Fellow for the Institute for Research on Poverty. I will graduate with my Ph.D. in Sociology (with minor in Quantitative Analysis and Data Science) in 2026.
My research draws on quantitative methods and theoretical perspectives from the social sciences and formal demography to examine how outcomes of health and mortality differ temporally, geographically, and across the life course.
My work has been published in Social Science & Medicine, Journal of Aging and Health, SSM-Population Health, Social Science History and other outlets.Â
